1. The Complainant submits that he was having ****village accounts which absolutely belonged to him. On 20-01-2021 the Complainant cut the said Margosa Tree and brought the logs of the same to his house and kept it at the backyard of his house. On the same day during the night the Accused trespassed in to the Complainant’s backyard and committed theft of 11 logs out of 12 logs of the said Margosa Tree kept at the backyard of the Complainant house and they are keeping some of the said logs in their house and some of the logs underneath the cattle manure heap in Nallamanikalva Village, Rural Mandal. The Complainant also lodged a complaint on 21-01-2021 with Tiruchanur Police Station. But till today they have not taken any action against the Accused and recovered the said logs. Hence this complaint.

3. The Complainant submits that this Hon’ble Court forward the said complaint to the S.H.O. of Tiruchanur Police Station for investigation. But the Tiruchanur P.S. in collusion with the Accused has not taken any action and not investigated into the same and on 9-1-2021 the said Tiruchanur P.S. has issued a refer notice to the Complaint. Hence the Complainant filed this complaint.

4. It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be Pleased to take the case on file and examine the complainant and witnesses and punish the Accused in accordance with law, for the offences committed under Sec. 379 and 447 I.P.C.
